The Monster Mash Meet Dear Coach: United Gymnastix and the United Girls Team Parent Organization cordially invite you and your club to attend the 2nd annual United Gymnastix Mock Meet. This meet will be held October 31 - November 1, 2009 at the United Gymnastix Training Center located at 12300 Owings Mills Blvd, Reisterstown Maryland, 21136. The Monster Mash Meet will offer you an excellent opportunity for your gymnast to be seen by judges prior to the competitive season. This will allow you to see where their routines may need modifications. Sessions will be kept small and every effort will be made to keep all girls from the same level and gym in the same session. Competition Format and Equipment The Monster Mash Meet is a USAG non-sanctioned competition with one judge per event. The format is Modified Capital Cup. United Gymnastix is a well-equipped facility including: AAI Elite Uneven Bars; AAI Vault; AAI Foam Spring Floor; AAI and Spieth Anderson beams. Competitive Age Age will be determined as of October 31, 2009. Awards and Prizes All participating gymnasts will receive a goody bag. Individual awards will be given out at the end of each session. There will be no team awards. Vendors Pizzaz GK *Coaches are encouraged to come in costume!
The Monster Mash Meet Information Important Dates: August 15, 2009 - Early Registration Deadline Early registration may be submitted with a $100.00 deposit as this meet fills up very quickly. Please include an estimate of number of gymnasts and their level. Registrations received after the above date must be paid in full. September 30, 2009 - Registration Deadline All entries and monies are due by the above date. Registration is on a 'first come - first served' basis. If your entry and payment have not been received, we cannot guarantee your slot. September 30, 2009 - Refund Deadline No refunds will be given after the above date. We will, however, accept same level substitutions.
